We offer comprehensive pre-lease scoping of the prospective property, providing our client with information about the condition of the building and cost estimates of various construction phases, thereby assisting the client in pre-lease negotiations. We will either work with the client’s architect to produce building plans, or if so desired will produce the auto-CAD work ourselves, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil design along with all accompanying documentation.

Southwind bids each project according to the customer's needs, from complete turnkey to specific installation bidding, and maintains accounts with national vendors, so that the procurement of construction materials and tools is never a problem.

Our supervisors are provided with technology at the job site, including fax, cell phones, digital cameras and laptop computers. This ensures that the home office and the client are continuously afforded the most accurate, up-to-date information possible from the field.

Southwind handles all agency consulting, review and approval, as well as construction scheduling, inspection monitoring, project quality control, and all project administration.
